Lessons and Programs
Lessons are delivered online and scheduled according to instructor availability and the student's selected program.
Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to participate respectfully, attend scheduled lessons and maintain professional conduct during all interactions.
Bookings and Scheduling
Lesson schedules are subject to instructor availability. Vermont English reserves the right to adjust schedules when necessary.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students should provide notice if they are unable to attend a lesson. Rescheduling policies may apply depending on the program selected.
Payments
Program fees and payment terms will be communicated during enrolment or checkout.
Intellectual Property
All learning materials, resources, content and branding provided by Vermont English remain the property of Vermont English unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Vermont English is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Changes to Services
Vermont English reserves the right to update programs, pricing, website content and policies when necessary.
